The status informs you at any time about the status of production and you can also choose the layout of the book, whether paperback or hardcover, which format etc. No matter what you choose, it does not change the price for our services.
Once the book is on sale, you can view the sales and income in your dashboard in the author area of self-publishing.com and have them paid out to you.

2You set the sales price yourself and thus also determine your profit. Your book is sold via various platforms and retailers, and different conditions apply worldwide. That's why there is not just one profit calculation. How much profit you end up with depends on the usual trade margins, varying production costs and VAT rates depending on the country. You can see detailed statements in the dashboard. Everything that comes in goes to you without any deductions.
Only texts that meet our Guidelines will be accepted.
We strongly recommend a text correction, as incorrect texts reduce sales success and reputation.
