- Even as a child, I was always interested in psychology. I would often sit on a bench somewhere and watch people. Their facial expressions, their gestures, their charisma. Then animals came into my life and I continued to observe them. I was also able to observe and analyze their entire behaviour over many years. Then I found out that there was a connection between animals and humans that simplified our communication with each other. I developed concepts that pet owners can learn to live more harmoniously and peacefully with their animals. These concepts are equally applicable to humans. This means that more peaceful communication could be achieved here too. And not just communication, but also self-discovery. It is also becoming increasingly important in therapy for mental illness. Here, too, observations have shown that it makes sense to integrate this part. I wish my readers a lot of fun with this topic and a successful path to self-discovery. Good luck!
