After starting the book project, you will immediately receive access to your personal area where you can upload your manuscript and images. The status informs you at any time about the status of production and there you can also choose the layout of the book, whether paperback or hardcover, which format etc. No matter what you choose, it does not change the price for our services.
When the book is on sale, you can view the sales and income in your dashboard in the author area of self-publishing.com and have them paid out to you.
2For printed books, you receive 60 % of the net sales price, from which the printing costs are deducted (the remaining 40% goes to the retailer, we take nothing from your earnings). The final profit depends on the book layout (number of pages, color, format), the sales price and exchange fees. You will receive a detailed statement of all sales in the dashboard.
1For the ISBN directory fees, the use of the author area of self-publishing.com and our ongoing support of the project, monthly fees of €20 are charged from the 2nd year after the start of the project (billed annually in advance).
Only texts that meet our Guidelines correspond.
We strongly recommend a text correction, as incorrect texts reduce sales success and reputation.
