How it works

You want to publish your e-book? Then let's get started!

You need:

A cover measuring 1000 (wide) x 1500 pixels (high) (that's 26.45cm x 39.7cm) as a jpg or png. Smaller is also possible, but does not look as nice. Maximum size: 10MB.
The e-book in one of the formats: PDF, Word or other word processing program, you will reach most readers with ePub and mobi (pure e-book formats). Maximum size: 100MB.
The cover should also be integrated into the e-book! In the imprint, state your name and "Distribution via self-publishing.com" as well as the publication date.

To create your e-book, click on "Author area".

Enter your author name and the book title - if you want to use a pseudonym, you can enter it right here as the author name
Now you can create your first book and upload the files.
Now you can add an author biography and a picture of yourself, but this is optional.
All you have to do now is set up your Stripe account. It is your processing account for all payments from readers, because the money goes directly to you without any detours (what is Stripe?). Done!

After you have completed this, we will receive the e-book to check whether it meets our Guidelines corresponds. This usually happens very quickly. It is then online and ready to buy. Watch your first sales live!
